Role Description The Telesales Executive will work on-site in Noida in a full-time capacity, engaging with prospective and existing customers over phone calls and digital channels. This role involves explaining insurance products, addressing customer queries, and guiding individuals toward suitable policies based on their needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The Telesales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, provide post-sale support, and meet or exceed defined sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to explain complex information simply.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build lasting relationships.
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify leads, and close deals effectively.
- Comfort working in a target-driven telesales environment, with good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM or call management tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in telesales, insurance, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
