Tele Sales Executive β Solar Energy
We are looking for a highly energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing solar energy team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in customer interaction, and the ability to schedule qualified site visit appointments for our sales team.
Job Role
As a Tele Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers, explain the benefits of solar energy solutions, qualify leads, and schedule confirmed site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
π― Meeting Scheduling Targets
- Schedule 12 confirmed site visits per day
- Achieve 300 meetings per month (team average)
- Achieve 75 meetings per agent per month
- Complete 100 sales calls daily
π Daily Calling Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 100 sales-oriented calls every day
- Explain solar solutions and encourage customers to book site visits
- Maintain professional and persuasive customer communication
π£οΈ Customer Engagement & Solar Pitching
- Pitch solar energy solutions on every connected call
- Explain electricity savings and long-term benefits of solar systems
- Build customer interest and convert enquiries into appointments
- For informed customers, directly focus on scheduling site visits
π₯ Lead Handling & Response Management
- Handle inbound leads from:
- Google Ads
- Facebook Ads
- Website Enquiries
- WhatsApp
- Marketing Team
- Respond quickly to all customer enquiries
- Share approved brochures, messages, and follow-up details via WhatsApp
π CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Call attempts
- Customer responses
- Lead details
- Appointment status
- Update all activities in the Solar Lead Capture Form
- Ensure complete system discipline and daily updates without exception

Lead Qualification Responsibilities
Before scheduling appointments, collect:
- Customer location/site address
- Average monthly electricity bill
- Preferred date & time for site visit
Only confirmed appointments should be scheduled after customer approval.
π Appointment Coordination
- Assign appointments to Sales Engineers with complete details
- Send WhatsApp appointment confirmations to customers
- Update all confirmed meetings in Google Calendar for internal tracking
π Follow-Up & Recovery
- Follow up on cancelled or rescheduled appointments
- Re-engage customers and recover missed site visits
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication
π End-of-Day Reporting
Daily reporting is mandatory and should include:
- Calls attempted & connected
- Appointments fixed
- Follow-ups completed
- Rescheduled/cancelled appointments
πRequirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Comfortable speaking over phone for extended hours
- Ability to achieve daily targets
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred
- Knowledge of solar industry is an added advantage
- Fixed or rotational shifts (may sometimes include weekends).

Candidates must be able to communicate fluently in:
