Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru South for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and communicating effectively with potential and existing customers. The individual will focus on providing exceptional customer service, supporting client needs, and converting leads into business opportunities through tailored sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients
- Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Support
- Proven ability in Sales, with the capability to meet or exceed targets
- Highly motivated, team-oriented, and goal-driven attitude
- Proficiency in managing and updating CRM systems is a plus
- Knowledge of online marketing or SEO will be considered an advantage
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
