Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Patel Nagar. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, generating leads, and facilitating sales through telephonic communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing high-quality support, nurturing leads through effective communication, and achieving predefined sales targets. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records of calls and transactions while collaborating with the sales team to optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with clients
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support to handle queries and build strong customer relationships
- Proven ability in Sales and Lead Generation to meet and exceed sales targets
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven approach with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Basic computer proficiency for managing records and using sales tracking tools
- Experience in the health and wellness industry is an added advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or communication are a plus
