Job Title: Telecaller & Counsellor
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: 12k to 20k
Job Summary:
Seeking a confident and empathetic #Telecaller who has prior #counselling experience to engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build trust over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to assist leads and customers
- Provide counselling and guidance based on client requirements
- Explain services, resolve queries, and follow up regularly
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and conversions
- Build strong rapport and ensure a positive customer experience
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, or customer advisory roles
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions confidently
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Sales or lead conversion experience
- Good communication
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
