Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging potential customers via phone, generating new sales leads, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, informing them about products or services, managing follow-ups, and contributing to sales growth while delivering a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with customers
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction and address needs
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- A proactive and results-oriented attitude towards securing and closing sales opportunities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or sales software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional sales or customer service certifications are a plus
