Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, based in Delhi, India. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and following up with existing clients. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively contributing to sales targets. Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction will be a key aspect of the job.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques to contribute to company growth.
- Experience in Customer Support, with a focus on resolving queries and maintaining client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of office interiors, prefabricated construction, or related industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and technology is preferred.
