Role Description
The Telesales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the individual will engage with prospective and existing customers over the phone to explain health insurance products, clarify benefits, and address queries. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, following up on leads, providing accurate policy information, and guiding customers through the purchase or renewal process. The Telesales Executive will also handle basic customer support issues, maintain records of interactions, and work closely with the sales team to meet individual and team targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
- Proven Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries and resolve basic issues.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales, with the ability to convert leads into policy purchases.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or call management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail.
- Prior telesales or insurance sales experience is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or commerce is a plus.
