Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching financial products, and converting prospects into customers over calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions
Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Follow up with interested customers and close sales deals
Maintain and update customer data in CRM
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain good relationships with clients
Assist customers in loan application and documentation process
Resolve customer queries effectively
(These responsibilities align with standard telesales roles like contacting customers, closing sales, and maintaining records )
Required Skills
Excellent communication convincing skills
Strong sales and negotiation ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Target-driven and self-motivated
Ability to handle rejection and pressure
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Experience In BFSI / Loan Sales / Telecalling Preferred
Salary Benefits
Fixed Salary: 12,000 20,000 (depending on experience)
