Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Hyderabad. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships. They will collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction during all stages of the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills with a focus on clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Minimum 1 Year of proven experience in Sales, preferably in ed tech
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and close deals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented approach to achieving targets
