Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our in-office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in closing property deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries
- Provide information about available properties and services
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Schedule site visits and follow-ups with clients
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Kannada (mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work from the office (in-office role)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
