Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role located in the Greater Kolkata Area. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
- Proficiency in Customer Support and handling inquiries
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Prior experience in the e-commerce or food industry is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant tools or CRM software is an advantage
