Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Kalkulam. The Telesales Executive will focus on building strong customer relationships, generating leads, and supporting sales initiatives. Daily tasks include communicating with potential and existing customers, addressing inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively pitching products or services to drive conversion rates. The executive will collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver outstanding support and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales to actively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Customer Support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and work collaboratively within a team.
- Self-motivated with goal-oriented behavior and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Prior experience in telesales or sales is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
