Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role at our office in Aurangabad. The Telesales Executive will manage daily outbound calls to potential clients, handle customer queries, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include lead generation, identifying customer needs, promoting products or services, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships to meet and exceed sales targets. The role also requires accurate and timely reporting of progress to management.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication Skills and the ability to articulate information effectively
- Customer Service and Support expertise to ensure high customer satisfaction levels
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunities
- Experience or aptitude in Sales to meet and exceed targets
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools is a plus
