Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive, based in Gurugram. The Telesales Executive will engage in daily communication with potential customers, handle inbound and outbound calls, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include generating leads, guiding clients through available property options, providing information about the company's offerings, and supporting customers in their real estate journey. The role requires achieving sales targets and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques, with a focus on achieving targets and driving results
- Experience in Customer Support to provide solutions and assist in resolving inquiries efficiently
- Ability to multitask, maintain updated records, and work in a team.
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or real estate is a plus
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are desirable
