Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to manage customer communication, generate leads, and support sales growth through professional call engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Introduce products and explain features with clarity and confidence
- Generate sales leads and support order conversion
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients
- Record call details, customer responses, and sales updates
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing
- Maintain professional communication and positive customer relationships
Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of telecalling / telesales experience
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM or calling software familiarity
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
- Disciplined, target-focused, and confident personality
Compensation
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month+incentive based on interview and experience.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
