Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Hyderabad.
The Telesales Executive will engage potential and existing clients over the phone to promote solar energy solutions, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
The Telesales Executive will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed sales targets while building long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Telugu & Kannada is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and explain solutions
- Experience in customer service and customer support to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Proficiency in lead generation and sales with a proven ability to meet targets and close deals
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team and independently when required
- Familiarity with solar energy solutions or prior experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
- Fluency in English is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is an advantage
