Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers over the phone to generate leads and drive sales. Primary duties include explaining services or products, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving set sales targets, and maintaining detailed call records and feedback.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales
- Strong Customer Support skills and capability to handle customer queries effectively
- Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset and ability to handle rejection
- Basic proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in insurance or BPO industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
