About the Role:
At Innovataurus, we don’t just make calls; we build first connections with future clients. As a Telesales Executive, you’ll be the voice of our brand, reaching out to businesses and introducing them to growth opportunities through digital marketing.
This role is ideal for freshers who are confident speakers, eager to learn, and excited to start a career in sales and digital marketing.
What You’ll Do:
- Connect with potential clients via outbound calls (business owners, startups, SMEs)
- Understand basic client needs and pitch relevant solutions
- Schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain daily call reports.
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads
- Introduce Innovataurus services like:
- SEO & Website Ranking
- Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Paid Ads (Google & Meta Ads)
- Website Design & Development
Who Can Apply:
- Freshers (0–1 year experience)
- Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Strong communication skills in:
- English (must)
- Hindi / Bengali (preferred)
What We’re Looking For:
- Clear and confident speaking skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge.
