Job Summary
Human Matrix Securite is seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers through calls, generating leads, and promoting company services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build positive customer relationships while supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company services.
- Generate and qualify leads by identifying customer requirements and interest levels.
- Maintain and update customer details and lead information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication and represent the company effectively during interactions.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude.
- Ability to handle objections and build customer interest.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in Tele Sales, Telecalling, or Lead Generation will be preferred.
