Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Telesales Executive to drive customer acquisition for HostelWeb. You’ll connect with hostel owners across India, explain our software, and convert leads into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to hostel owners, PG operators, and property managers
Explain HostelWeb’s features, benefits, and pricing clearly
Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
Schedule product demos for interested prospects
Maintain daily call records and update CRM
Follow up consistently to close deals
Handle objections and build trust with potential clients
Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets
Required Skills
Strong communication skills (Tamil + basic English/Hindi preferred)
Confident speaking over phone (this is critical—not optional)
Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
Basic understanding of sales (training can be provided)
Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM tools, and WhatsApp
Experience
0–3 years in telesales / telecalling / inside sales
Freshers can apply if they have strong communication & hunger to sell
Compensation
Fixed salary (Max 20k+ high performance-based incentives
Incentives tied directly to closures (not just calls)
