Location: MohaliSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives
Qualifications:• Graduate in any discipline• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi• Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel• Good communication and convincing skills• Ability to handle calls professionally and maintain client relationships
Role Description:As a Real Estate Telecaller, you will be responsible for calling on raw data to identify potential buyers and sellers, generating inventory, and supporting the sales team by nurturing leads and preparing clients for site visits and office meetings.
Key Responsibilities:• Make outbound calls on provided data to identify interested buyers and sellers• Generate and verify property inventory through calling• Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients• Convince and prepare clients for site visits and office meetings• Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the sales team• Maintain and update lead data accurately• Build and maintain strong client relationships
