Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Chandigarh (Zirakpur, Punjab). The Telesales Executive will engage with prospective and existing customers, primarily from international markets, to introduce products, understand needs, and offer suitable luxury fashion and lifestyle solutions. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and converting them into high-value orders while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves providing clear product information, sharing pricing and customization options, resolving basic issues or objections, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing. The Telesales Executive will also follow up on warm leads, gather customer feedback, and contribute insights to improve sales scripts and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a clear, confident telephone presence and professional etiquette.
- Customer Support experience, including handling queries, managing expectations, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, nurture prospects, and close high-value orders.
- Ability to build rapport with international customers and adapt to different cultural and communication styles.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to track calls, leads, and orders.
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles; exposure to luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Minimum higher secondary education; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
