Role Description
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets through effective phone communication. You will engage directly with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, promote solutions, and provide excellent support to ensure a positive customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring proactive interaction with clients and internal teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and convert potential clients.
- Customer Service and Customer Support experience to deliver a seamless customer experience.
