💼 Position: Telesales Executive
👥 Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
💰 Salary:
• Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
• Experienced: Hike based on last drawn salary

🔹 Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan products
• Explain loan eligibility, benefits and process
• Generate leads and convert them into applications
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain customer details in CRM
• Achieve daily & monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries professionally
🔹 Requirements:
• 12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers are welcome
• Good communication skills
• Basic English & Hindi preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude & target-oriented mindset
• Immediate joiners preferred
