About the Role
● Drive enrollments for German language courses through consultative sales.
● Engage with inbound and outbound leads to promote course offerings.
● Guide prospective learners from initial counseling to successful enrollment.
● Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
● Build strong relationships with learners to improve retention and referrals.
● Maintain accurate lead, pipeline, and conversion records in LeadSquared.
● Share customer insights, market trends, and product feedback with the management
team.
Qualifications and Skills
● Minimum of 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in sales.
● Previous experience selling products or services within the Ed-tech sector is highly
preferred.
● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value
clearly and persuasively.
● Strong active listening skills to identify customer needs and tailor the sales pitch
accordingly.
● Goal-oriented mindset with a documented history of hitting or exceeding sales
quotas.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, on-site work environment.
