Are you a driven individual with a passion for sales? Enser Communication is looking for a Telesales Representative Executive to join our team in Gurugram. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional Sales experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a knack for multitasking, and a results-oriented mindset, we want to hear from you!
Role & Responsibilities:
* Proactively call and follow up on hot leads to drive sales conversions.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the latest strategies in customer retention.
* Convert potential leads into successful sales by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate insurance solutions.
* Maintain records of calls and sales, and note useful information for future reference.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Deliver excellent customer experience by addressing queries and maintaining
professionalism at all times.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO sales.
* Communication: Must have excellent communication skills in English.
* Education: Undergraduates and Graduates are both eligible to apply.
