Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate qualified business leads
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Manage and respond to leads generated through platforms like IndiaMART
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, requirements, and client support
- Maintain daily calling reports, lead status, and customer database
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and professional behavior
Must Have Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English speaking and writing ability
- Strong calling, convincing, and follow-up skills
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, or customer handling
- Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality
- Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships
Good to Have / Preferred Profile
- Experience in inside sales, customer support, or BPO industry
- Knowledge of IndiaMART handling and inquiry management
- Basic computer and CRM/data handling knowledge
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Candidates from Rohtak or nearby areas will be preferred
- Experience in handling B2B clients will be an advantage
