Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
- Generate new enquiries through telecalling, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Explain our solar products, pricing, government subsidy schemes, and services.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Coordinate with the Field Sales, Project, and Billing teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Schedule customer site visits when required.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections.
- Support promotional campaigns and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships and handle follow-ups professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).
- Sales or telecalling experience is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
