Role Description
We are seeking a Telesales Executive for a full-time, on-site position located in Noida. The role involves engaging with potential clients to generate leads, providing excellent customer service and support, and promoting the company's healthcare solutions to meet sales targets. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to prospective customers, explaining our services, addressing client queries, and maintaining records of sales interactions and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and provide top-notch support
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales to identify new opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Customer Support to assist clients with their inquiries and maintain satisfaction
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage
