Role Description
This is a full-time Telesales Executive role, based on-site in Davangere. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to promote financial products and services, generating leads, maintaining customer interactions, and offering exceptional support throughout the sales process. The candidate will work to achieve sales targets, build strong client relationships, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a professional and approachable phone demeanor
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales with the ability to identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in Customer Support, including addressing client queries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to meet targets, work in a team environment, and adapt to the dynamic pace of sales roles
- Prior experience in telesales roles or financial services is an advantage
