Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Bangalore office. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our services/products over the phone, managing lead documentation, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Strong verbal communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-centric attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and explain company products/services to prospective clients via outbound and inbound calls.
- Maintain accurate documentation of calls, customer feedback, and lead status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or telecalling (experience in healthcare or pharma is preferred, but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Kannada, Malayalam, or both (fluency in both regional languages is highly ideal).
- Basic knowledge of documentation and computer use (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Confident, persuasive, and professional telephone demeanor.
