Job Description – Senior Executive (NBFC / Fintech)
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive with 1–2 years of experience in NBFC, Fintech. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end loan processing and closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete loan closure process including eligibility checks and documentation.
- Guide clients through loan products, explaining interest rates, processing fees (PF), down payment, and repayment schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and timely disbursal.
- Collect, verify, and maintain customer documentation as per compliance norms.
- Ensure high-quality client servicing and regular follow-ups to close cases efficiently.
- Maintain accurate MIS records and update CRM systems.
- Resolve customer queries related to loan terms and servicing.
- Strong communication skills, process orientation, and customer-first mindset are essential.
