Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, generating leads, nurturing prospects, and guiding them through the enrollment process. They will handle inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining records in the CRM system, and collaborating with the marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging with prospects and managing inquiries
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and Sales to identify potential clients and consistently achieve sales goals
- Customer Support expertise with a focus on problem-solving and providing a seamless onboarding experience
- Proficiency using CRM software and managing data in an organized, efficient manner
- Self-motivation, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in telesales or an education technology environment is a plus
