Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Kochi. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients to promote insurance products and services. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing outstanding customer support, identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and closing sales. The individual will also address customer concerns and maintain accurate records of all interactions for seamless follow-up and documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales processes
- Experience in Customer Support to handle inquiries and concerns effectively
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
- Proficiency in CRM software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Sales, Marketing, or related field
