Key Responsibilities:
- Speak with warm leads generated through digital platforms
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses
- Follow up regularly and convert leads into admissions
- Handle objections confidently and close sales
- Maintain CRM updates and daily sales tracking
- Achieve daily and monthly targets consistently
Eligibility:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales/admissions/inside sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professionals
- Candidates comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
Performance Expectations:
- Minimum 3 hours talk time daily
- Minimum 80 unique dials per day
- Strong follow-up and conversion focus
