Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Gurugram. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with existing and potential customers over the phone to promote and sell a range of products in the food category. Key tasks include lead generation, handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and building strong client relationships to drive sales growth. The role also involves meeting sales targets, identifying opportunities, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales strategies
- Effective Customer Support skills and the ability to resolve client inquiries
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Experience in the food industry or telesales is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM tools
