Company Description GooCampus is an educational counselling and student assistance firm based in Bengaluru, supporting undergraduate and postgraduate aspirants across diverse streams such as medical, engineering, architecture, management, commerce, science, and arts.
Role Description The Telesales - Education Counsellor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with prospective students and families via phone to understand their educational goals, explain available courses, pathways and colleges, and guide them through the admission process. The counsellor will handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and support students with exam-related queries and counselling timelines.
Daily responsibilities include presenting GooCampus services clearly, addressing doubts, providing basic career guidance, and ensuring each student receives reliable information to make informed choices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and empathetic listening abilities.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in telesales, academic advising, or education services.
- Candidates should have proficiency in using computer applications and CRM tools.
- A degree in education, psychology, counseling, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage high call volumes, and meet performance targets.

Location - Sadashivanagar, Bengaluru
Office timings - 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM , 5 days a week (Sat/Sun off)
Salary - ₹30,000–₹40,000/month + Variables
