As the TeleSales Director, you will combine hands-on management with high-level strategy to run daily call center operations and hit sales targets:
- Design team policies, draft effective call scripts, launch sales promotions, and establish clear KPIs to drive revenue.
- Analyze daily sales metrics and monitor random calls to optimize resource allocation, enhance service quality, and streamline performance.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle—from hiring, training, and motivating staff to handling year-end KPI evaluations, promotions, or terminations.
- Guide subordinates through challenging workflows and personally resolve the most complex customer complaints.
- Prepare daily sales reports and keep senior leadership updated on operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 6-8 years in Managerial position, familiar with BPO business, have experience in selling pharma/personal care/healthcare products are preffered, or at least selling physical products, not services (non-BFSI)
- Experience in leading at least 80+ agents, have the ability to expand the team to 100-150+ agents.
