Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Consultant based in Hisar. The Telesales Consultant will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating outbound sales calls, building relationships, and effectively communicating the value of the company’s digital marketing solutions. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing information on products and services, and maintaining client records. Additionally, the consultant will contribute to meeting sales targets and report on sales performance to the management team.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Consulting, Sales, and meeting targets effectively
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to train and guide clients on services and products offered
- Proficiency in maintaining organized client records and effective use of sales tools
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus
- Experience in sales or telesales is preferred, but not mandatory
- Proactive and results-oriented approach with a commitment to achieving goals
