Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and motivated Inside Sales / Business Development Executives to join our growing team.
In this role, you will interact with potential clients, understand their international trade requirements, and present tailored solutions using our AI-powered trade analytics platform.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a career in sales, business development, and international trade technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads and conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and present solutions using our trade analytics platform.
- Qualify prospects and schedule online product demonstrations or meetings with decision-makers.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential clients and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to stay updated on product features, pricing, and offerings.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and industry insights to support sales positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Customer Interaction roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to AI-driven analytics tools
- Confident, persuasive, and consultative approach toward selling
