About the role:
At GrowthStudioz, we work with some of the most exciting D2C brands in fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle. We're looking for a sharp, confident Telesales Associate who knows how to pitch B2B services, hold a conversation, and turn a cold call into a warm meeting.
What you'll do:
- Connect over calls, messages and mails with prospective clients and pitch GrowthStudioz's services
- Qualify leads and understand their business needs through smart, conversational questioning
- Book meetings between interested prospects and the BD team or Founder
- Maintain a clean and updated call log and lead tracker
- Follow up persistently (but professionally) with warm leads
- Share regular status updates with the team on pipeline progress
What we're looking for:
- Strong verbal communication - can hold a conversation and handle objections with ease
- Prior experience in a voice process, preferably in sales or client pitching (BPO background preferred)
- Comfortable with outbound calling and rejection
- Basic computer skills able to log calls, update trackers, send follow-up messages
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
