Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Agent located in the Greater Delhi Area. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing excellent customer service, and addressing queries and concerns. The Telesales Agent will also identify customer needs, promote relevant products and services, and work towards achieving sales targets. The role includes building and maintaining positive customer relationships and collaborating with team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in customer service and customer support to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Sales skills with the ability to promote products and achieve targets.
- Adaptability and proficiency in receiving training to enhance skills and improve performance.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM or contact center software is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in a telesales, customer service, or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
