Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Consultant located in Gurugram. The role involves making proactive calls to potential clients to promote Valion's services and solutions, building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs, and providing tailored property solutions. The Telesales Consultant will also follow up on leads, address customer inquiries, and support clients throughout the sales process to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to engage and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to effectively convey information to clients and colleagues.
- Proficient Sales skills, with a results-driven approach and the ability to achieve defined targets through persuasive communication.
- Prior experience or ability to adapt quickly in providing Training to clients or team members.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a customer-centric approach in a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a college degree is a plus. Experience in the real estate or telesales sector is preferred but not mandatory.
