Qualification:
• Essential:
o Bachelor’s degree in science or Bachelor's degree in
Radiology & Imaging, Healthcare Administration, or related
field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience (Yrs): 3-8
Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Case Management: Coordinate the intake, assignment, and processing of
radiology cases from healthcare facilities to our team of radiologists.
• Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately enter patient information,
clinical details, and case data into our electronic systems.
• Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for healthcare
facilities, radiologists, and internal stakeholders regarding case status,
scheduling, and administrative inquiries.
• Quality Assurance: Assist in quality assurance activities by verifying case
details and ensuring completeness and accuracy of information before case
distribution.
• Workflow Coordination: Monitor and prioritize case queues to ensure
timely processing and adherence to service level agreements.
• Technical Support: Provide basic technical support to users of our
teleradiology platform, troubleshooting issues related to case submission and
data entry.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA,
GDPR) and company policies in handling patient information and case data.
Skill Set:
• Solid experience in clinical cases management, preferably within the
teleradiology or healthcare industry.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage
multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to
interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Job Description:
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a
fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with
database management is a plus. Experience working on PACS would be
advantage.
•Willing to work in Rotating shifts including Night shifts.
Work Week: 6 days. Staggered Offs. Working in Rotating shifts including Night shifts.
