About the role

As a Telesales Agent you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote and sell the client's services, aiming to generate leads and close sales by actively listening to customer needs, presenting services, addressing concerns and negotiating deals to meet sales target Responsibilities Use persuasion skills to sell products and services to potential and existing customers Develop relationships with customers and encourage repeat sales Set and work towards daily, monthly, or quarterly sales goals Document calls, leads, sales, and other key metrics Analyze data to identify target customers and improve sales Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out to enable you respond to customer inquiries efficiently. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support. Managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues. Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems.
