About the Role:
Teleparty is looking for passionate full-stack engineers in India to build a world-class social TV experience for Teleparty. You'll work closely with Indian and US engineering, design, revenue, and growth teams to develop and grow free and paid streaming integrations for our browser extension that will delight users and drive our business forward.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with our global extension engineering team to develop new streaming integrations on our browser extension for Hotstar, ESPN+, Disney+ MENA, and more
2. Receive hands on training on developing and maintaining streaming integrations for our browser extension, and working on high-bandwidth infrastructure serving a social graph of millions of users
3. Work closely with founders/engineering leads to engage users to understand product problems/priorities & maintain and improve our integrations
4. Build user interfaces and plan user experiences
5. Collect and use data to drive product decisions and analyze success

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's from a Tier 1 university, or equivalent work experience at a Tier 1 Company
2. Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills
3. 3+ years of JavaScript-based Frontend / Full-stack software engineering at multinational company or top startup working across multiple time zones
4. Hands-on experience with high traffic websites and familiarity with browser APIs and performance challenges. If you were not the product owner, you've directly contributed to the product.
5. Familiarity with WebRTC, WebSockets, DOM, async-await patterns, API design, fluency preferred 
6. Demonstrates excellent spec writing skills
7. Proficiency with Typescript, Node.js or Next.js, React, and SQL, fluency preferred
