Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent to support the growth of the organization and its clients. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating recruitment efforts, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The position is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, offering individuals the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the company and its clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess candidate suitability and evaluate recruitment data
- Effective Communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying potential talent through innovative sourcing methods
- Experience in Customer Acquisition and developing strategies to attract top candidates
- Strong Sales skills to present opportunities persuasively to potential candidates
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet recruitment timelines
- Experience working in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area is preferred
