Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and offering sales support. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate call records, following up with potential customers, and contributing to the overall sales strategy to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Skills in Lead Generation and Sales to identify, qualify, and convert potential customers
- Customer Service and Customer Support experience to handle inquiries professionally and resolve concerns effectively
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to manage time effectively and contribute to a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM tools or call management systems is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a bonus
