Job Responsibilities:
- B2B Telemarketing (No credit card, loan, or real estate sales)
- Communicating with professionals from IT, Pharma & Healthcare industries regarding client products and services
- Handling outbound calls using prepared scripts to share product and service information
- Maintaining records of conversations and customer interactions
- Managing and updating databases through CRM and other tools
- Inviting professionals to attend industry events, conferences, webinars, and online campaigns
- Achieving daily calling targets and campaign objectives
- Staying updated with industry knowledge through online research and publications
- Delivering result-oriented performance
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, CRM platforms, and basic computer operations
- Strong internet and social media skills, including email, linkedin and Google search
- Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of Telemarketing experience (B2B experience preferred)
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Diploma holder in any field
